HIIT TRAINING

Research proves you can achieve greater progress in a mere 15 to 30 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts than you can running at a steady pace for 1 hour. HIIT workouts are best completed 2-3 times per week and are best coupled with strength training. When you’re completing a HIIT workout, try to give it your all. You should be working at an intensity where you cannot talk. These workouts can be done with or without equipment. Make sure your form is correct and take your rest breaks!
