Tuesday

Using our bodyweight and dumbbells, we move through 3 circuits, each consisting of 3-4 different exercises. Movements consist of push, pull, and core work. Exercises are modified based on your level of experience/injuries.

Thursday

We circuit through 12 different stations using different equipment: battle ropes, medballs, steppers, slam balls, bands, jump ropes, etc. This class goes quickly as we are constantly changing it up! All levels are welcome and all exercises can be adapted to your needs.
